Use this form to sign-up for Wednesday Night Meals each week.

Complete the form below including the # of each meal type you would like for the week you are making a reservation. When completed simply hit submit.

You will receive a confirmation email once the reservation is completed. Payment is due by check or cash when picking up meal.

SPECIAL NOTE: There will NOT be a meal on Wednesday, February 18. Instead we will be having a Shrove Tuesday dinner on February 17. Mark your calendars and join us for this special night.
